THE COMPANY AGREES:

5. TO PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PROCEDURES AND LEGAL RIGHTS FOR PATERNITY/MATERNITY.

6. TO UNDERSTAND THE NEW PARENTAL SITUATION OF THE EMPLOYEE AND THEIR DECISIONS THEREON.
7. TO SHOW FLEXIBILITY REGARDING CONSULTATIONS WITH PEDIATRICS, MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND SCHOOL MEETINGS.
8. TO SUPPORT IN THEIR CAREERS WOMEN WHO HAVE CHILDREN AND WANT TO GROW IN THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.
9. TO RESPECT THE EMPLOYEES (MEN) IN THEIR RIGHT TO RECEIVE THE COMPLETE PATERNAL LEAVE AND THOSE WHO DECIDE TO SHARE THE MATERNAL LEAVE
10. TO PROVIDE, WITHIN ITS CAPABILITIES, EMPLOYESS WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO DEVELOP IN THEIR FUNCTION AS PARENTS.
