THE COMPANY AGREES:

1. IN A JOB INTERVIEW, NOT TO ASK THE APPLICANT IF THEY PLAN TO HAVE CHILDREN.

5. TO PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEE WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PROCEDURES AND LEGAL RIGHTS FOR PATERNITY/MATERNITY.

6. TO RESPECT THE NEW PARENTAL SITUATION OF THE EMPLOYEE AND HIS/HER DECISIONS THEREON.
7. TO TRY TO MAINTAIN FLEXIBILITY REGARDING DOCTORS CONSULTATIONS, MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND SCHOOL ACTIVITIES.
8. TO SUPPORT WOMEN WHO HAVE CHILDREN AND WANT TO GROW IN THEIR CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES.
9.TO RESPECT MALE/FEMALE EMPLOYEES IN THEIR CHOICE TO RECEIVE FULL PATERNITY/MATERNITY LEAVE.
10. TO PROVIDE, WITHIN ITS CAPABILITIES, EMPLOYEES WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO DEVELOP THEIR FUNCTION AS PARENTS.
